As A Glaze
No matter how you are cooking weather grilling, frying or baking.
Right before the item is done- Last 5-10 minutes,
take it off the heat, turn on the Broil in the oven, Baste your chicken, salmon, etc. with your favorite Spicy Jam.
Fill your wine glass, put chicken or salmon in oven under broil, leave door open, do not leave!!
Takes 3-5 minutes- jam will start bubbling - take item out and you are done.
